Do I need special bags?
Use compatible valve-style vacuum bags. The starter kit includes 10 small and 10 medium reusable bags; ordinary zipper bags without a vacuum valve are not suitable.
Can I reuse the included bags?
The included bags are washable and resealable. Follow the bag care instructions and appropriate food-hygiene practices before reuse.
Can I seal every type of food?
Use Auto or Pulse to suit the food, and follow the included food-storage instructions. Vacuum sealing does not make food shelf-stable; refrigerate or freeze perishable food as appropriate.
What about moist food?
The detachable tank collects liquid, and water detection stops suction if liquid reaches the probe. Monitor the tank while sealing and follow the care instructions.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. The handheld sealer is cordless and recharges via USB-C. The display shows the battery level.
What if I need to return it?

This is a great product for freezing food in the kitchen. I have used it for chicken breasts and hamburger so far. It's easy to use: put the food in the included bag, push the tool's end into the bag's hole, and press the power button. It will suck all the air out and allow you to freeze food without freezer burn.
It may seem a tad expensive, but once you realize it's all reusable and you don't have to buy supplies again, it's actually a great value.

This has to be the BEST purchase I’ve made for my kitchen all year! I honestly didn’t realize how much I needed something like this until I started using it.
This little sealer has been a game changer! It works amazingly well, and the best part is how incredibly easy it is to use. I was able to get rid of around 10 bulky freezer bags that were taking up unnecessary space. Once I switched to these bags, I immediately noticed how much more room I had in my freezer. Everything is more compact, organized, and so much easier to find. I also LOVE that I can actually see what’s inside each bag instead of having to dig around and guess what I put in there. Plus, the handheld vacuum sealer comes with a standard charger so super adaptable when it needs to be charged.
And just for laughs, I even decided to try sealing some frozen ice cream sandwiches. I wasn't sure how that was going to work, but let me tell you—it worked! ?? They sealed perfectly, and I haven’t had any issues with freezer burn. Even better, they didn’t get flattened or crushed in the process. That little experiment definitely convinced me that this thing can handle more than I expected.
Since I have a small kitchen and very limited counter space, another huge plus for me is how lightweight and easy it is to put away after I am finished. Seriously, this is worth the purchase!

I already owned a more expensive name-brand handheld vacuum sealer, but it had one particularly frustrating limitation: the instructions warned against using it with liquids.
That made it much less useful for sealing certain foods, especially when there was any moisture involved.
This vacuum sealer has been a significant improvement.
It's less expensive, has excellent suction power, and the overall design feels much more practical. The automatic and manual pulse modes also give me better control over the sealing process.
One feature I particularly appreciate is the battery-level display. With my previous sealer, I was constantly guessing how much charge was left. This one actually tells me.
Battery life has been good, and I haven't encountered any problems with the motor or suction performance.
The reusable bags are also convenient, although you do need compatible valve-style bags for this type of sealer.
Overall, this has performed better than my more expensive unit, and I fully intend to replace that one with this. An easy five stars.
